GiColour manufactures and sells coating powders obtained through bonderizing. This particular manufacturing process allows to bonding the metallic pigments with the polymeric base of which it is made the powder.
This process avoids a separation between pigments and resin during the powder application, and it allows their recovery into the sprain booth. The bonderizing technology, with its possibility to combine a higher number of metallic pigments to increase their concentration, allows getting finishing characterized by higher aesthetic value with a constant metallic effect.
